live-manual: list pt_BR, complete text & catalogue
The pod carried a full pt_BR text tree, twenty files with the same
structure as the English, and a translation catalogue, while
pod.manifest did not list the language.
Its abstraction comes out with the same object count as the seven
currently aligned languages, it shares object numbering with the English
as it stands.
